Our space
The O Kipos Tou Logou is a specialized speech therapy center that works with children. The vision behind this center was to create a space of expression, understanding, communication and respect both for the individuals receiving therapy and for their families, as well as to actively contribute, through scientific methods, to the development of communication and language of those receiving therapy, with the aim of improving their quality of life and that of their families. Thus, in our space, speech therapy is a beautiful journey filled with laughter, play, and scientific approach.

Our services
In our space, both the director, Mrs. Vanesa Stavrakaki, and her associates ensure that they receive supervision and attend seminars, as they believe that knowledge is endless. Appointments are scheduled upon communication. At the first appointment, a full case history is taken and an evaluation is conducted using standardized tests. Afterwards, a phone or in-person meeting with the child’s parents/caregivers takes place, where the intervention plan is created. Later, reevaluations are conducted to monitor the progress of the intervention.

Who we are
Vanesa Stavrakaki graduated from the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Patras in 2010. Since then, she has worked as a speech therapist. In 2011, she also provided volunteer work at the Autism Society in Newfoundland, Canada, while in 2012 at the Child Psychiatry Center of Heraklion. In October 2016, she founded the speech therapy center “The Garden of Speech.” She is also a member of the executive team for the development of the assessment tool DOMA (Speech Articulation Test) and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Speech Therapists (P.S.L.), as well as a psychology student. Finally, she has attended numerous seminars, conferences and supervisions.
Eleana Fantaoutsaki completed her studies at the T.E.I. of Patras in 2020 and has since been working as a speech therapist. At the same time, she is attending a postgraduate program titled “Child and Adolescent Psychology.” She has also attended several supervisions and seminars.
Tzeni Patmanidi worked for many years in the field of sales, and later in secretarial support, where she remains to this day. Her primary concern is the service and respect of children and parents, as well as proper support in matters concerning the Speech Therapy Center. She has also attended the training seminar of the Lifelong Learning Center (KEDIVIM) of the University of Crete titled “Development of Soft Skills in the Digital Age.”
